Between the Bridges

 Superb two bedroom designer accommodation in a secure gated development with on-site private parking space, large balcony with seating overlooking the River Ouse, and air-conditioning available.  Just a 5 minutes walk into the city centre. Sleeps up to 3 adults. Bookable securely online. Minimum age 21 years.  (Sorry but we do not permit hen/stag nor single sex non-family groups of more than two guests.) 

Ebor Malthouse

Unique, award winning, 3 bedroom, character house spread over 4 floors. Sleeps 6 with two super-King beds (one can be split into twin) and one double bed. En-suite shower room and family bathroom. In a quiet residential street c.10 minutes walk to the Castle Museum area of the city.  River walks and boat cruises close by.  On street parking with permit. Private shared garden. The City Escape

No arrivals on Saturdays or Sundays.

A stunning newly refurbished 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Victorian townhouse with a South-West facing courtyard garden and permit parking. Sleeps up to 8 adults + 1 infant. This wonderful house includes a ground floor King bedroom and en-suite. On the first floor there are two further King bedrooms, one twin bedroom, large family bathroom and separate water closet. It is a short 10 minute walk into the City Centre.

Close to Number 41 for larger accommodation needs. Bookable securely on-line. (Sorry we do not permit bookings for stag/hen nor other such potentially rowdy parties.)  

Luxury River View Apartment

Spectacular 6th floor apartment suite wihtin the city walls with fantastic views over River Foss to Clifford's Tower and to York Minster. 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests. Master king bedroom with en-suite shower room. Second king bedroom with en-suite shower room. Third room with super-king bed or twin. Family bathroom. (Minimum age 8 years old.) Luxury City View Apartment

Stunning 5th floor apartment suite within the city walls and with views across the city. 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 4 guests. Master king bedroom with en-suite shower room. Seconddouble bedroom with en-suite shower room. Sleeps up to four guests. (Minimum age 8 years old.) On site gated parking for one vehicle. Electric car charging point available at guest cost. Bookable securely online. (Sorry we do not permit bookings for stag/hen nor other such potentially rowdy parties.)  

A 40% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance payable one month before arrival. If arriving within a month of making a booking the full amount will be required. We accept all cards, except Amex, and we have no hidden costs.  (Please note that the actual booking amount may be a few pence either side of that quoted in the table above because of the longer-stay discount algorithm applied.) Each booking is subject to a booking fee of £35.00 payable at the time of booking which is non refundable. A booking can be made by using the secure on-line "book now" page.

Guests can arrive any available day (except for weekends for Number 41 and The City Escape) and bookings can be made securley on-line for stays of 3 nights or more at any of our listed properties, and 2 nights in some.  (However, restrictions apply over Christmas and New year in all properties and may apply at Between the Bridges during York Race weeks.)  

(NB:  Please note we do not accept arrivals or departures on Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day in any property.)

Between the Bridges - Maximum 3 adults in two bedrooms (one king and one double bed).  Family bathroom with bath and shower over, and an ensuite shower room. Secure parking on site 1 vehicle. Airconditioning. Lift. This property is for adult guests only aged 21 years or more. 3 nights minimum.

Signature Apartment No.5 - Maximum 4 guests in two bedrooms - one king and one double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower over. Private parking space opposite 1 vehicle. Children are welcome.

Ebor Malthouse - Maximum 6 guests in three bedrooms. Two super-King beds (one can be split into twin beds), one double bed. An en-suite shower room to the main bedroom and a separate family bathroom with bath and shower over. Not suitable for children under six years old. On street parking with permit 1 vehicle.

The City Escape -  Maximum 8 adult guests, plus 1 infant. One King bedroom with en-suite at ground floor. Two kings and one twin on first floor with family bathroom (bath and separate shower), and separate water closet. South-West facing courtyard garden and permit street parking for 1 vehicle. 

County House Retreat - Maximum 2 adult guests plus 1 child in one super king bedroom with separate single bed/sofa. Large ground floor living-dining-kitchen. Bathroom with bath and shower over. Private walled garden. Lift. On site gated parking 1 vehicle. 3 minutes walk to The Minster area.

Sanctuary Apartment York - Maximum 4 adult guests plus 1 infant in one king bedroom and one double bedroom. Open plan living-dining-kitchen. Family bathroom with bath and shower over and an en-suite shower room to the king bedroom. Private gated parking bay a minute walk away for 1 vehicle. A 3 minute walk to The Minster area.

Luxury City View Apartment - Maximum 4 guests in 2 bedrooms - one king bedroom and one double bedroom both with with en-suite shower rooms. Minimum age 8. Open plan living-dining-kitchen. Private gated parking bay for 1 car on site. Electric car charging point (at guests' cost). Within the city walls just a few yards from much that York has to offer.

Luxury River View Apartment - Maximum 6 guests in 3 bedrooms - two king bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, and one super-king or twin. Family bathroom. Minimum age 8. Open plan living-dining-kitchen with breakfast bar. Private gated parking bay for 2 cars on site. Within the city walls just a few yards from much that York has to offer.
