It has one en-suite shower room and 1 family showerroom, large living-dining room, modern kitchen, downstairs loo, private courtyard garden and permit parking. It is just a 10 minute walk to the city.

A 40% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance payable one month before arrival. If arriving within a month of making a booking the full amount will be required. We accept all cards, except Amex, and we have no hidden costs.  (Please note that the actual booking amount may be a few pence either side of that quoted in the table above because of the longer-stay discount alogrithm applied.) Each booking is subject to a booking fee of £35.00 payable at the time of booking. A booking can be made by using the secure on-line "book now" page.

 

Guests can arrive any available day and bookings can be made securley on-line for stays of two nights or more at any of our listed properties.  (However, restrictions apply over Christmas and New year in all properties and may apply at Between the Bridges during York Race weeks.)

The Lendal Tower can be booked securely on-line for three night weekend stays Friday-Monday, four night midweek stays Monday-Friday and weekly stays arriving Friday or Monday, all year round.  (For an alternative arrival or departure day, or length of stay, please email to enquire.)  

(NB:  Please note we do not accept arrivals or departures on Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day in any property.)

Between the Bridges - Maximum 3 adults in two bedrooms (one king and one double bed).  Family bathroom with bath and shower over and an ensuite shower room.  (4 adults may be accepted by request but not during race dates.)  Secure parking on site. Airconditioning. Lift. This property is for adult guests only aged 21 years or more.

The City Escape -  Maximum 7 adult guests, 1 child plus 1 infant. One King en-suite at ground floor. One king, one twin and one bedroom with large corner sofa bed on first floor with family bathroom (bath and separate shower) and separate water closet. South-West facing courtyard garden and permit parking outside. 

Number 41 - Maximum 8 guests plus 2 infants.  4 bedrooms over 1st and 2nd floors providing 2 King beds, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. 2 shower-rooms and ground floor cloakroom. Large living-dining room, kitchen, utility room, private courtyard garden and permit parking at front of property. 10 mins walk to city.

County House Retreat - Maximum 2 adult guests plus 1 child in one super king bedroom with separate single bed/sofa (super king can be split into twin). Large ground floor living-dining-kitchen. Bathroom with bath and shower over. Private walled garden. Lift. On site parking. 3 minutes walk to The Minster area.
