A 40% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance payable one month before arrival. If arriving within a month of making a booking the full amount will be required. We accept all cards, except Amex, and we have no hidden costs.  (Please note that the actual booking amount may be a few pence either side of that quoted in the table above because of the longer-stay discount algorithm applied.) Each booking is subject to a booking fee of £35.00 payable at the time of booking which is non refundable. A booking can be made by using the secure on-line "book now" page.

 

Guests can arrive any available day (except for weekends at The City Escape) and bookings can be made securley on-line for stays of 3 nights or more at any of our listed properties, and 2 nights in some.  (However, restrictions apply over Christmas and New year in all properties and may apply at Between the Bridges during York Race weeks.)  

The Lendal Tower can be booked securely on-line for three night weekend stays Friday-Monday, four night midweek stays Monday-Friday and weekly stays arriving Friday or Monday, all year round.  (For an alternative arrival or departure day, or length of stay, please email to enquire.)  

(NB:  Please note we do not accept arrivals or departures on Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day in any property.)

Private walled garden. Lift. On site gated parking 1 vehicle. 3 minutes walk to The Minster area. 2 nights minimum.

Luxury City View Apartment - Maximum 4 guests in 2 bedrooms - one king bedroom and one double bedroom both with with en-suite shower rooms. Minimum age 8. Open plan living-dining-kitchen. Private gated parking bay for 1 car on site. Within the city walls just a few yards from much that York has to offer. 2 nights minimum.
