COVID Tier Restrictions

We are closely following Government advice regarding Lockdown and Tier systems. Following the government's announcement on 22nd February 2021, the advice given is below:

  • From April 12th our 5* houses and 5* one-bed apartment, County House Retreat, will be available. This is permitted within the rules as they are "self-contained" i.e. no shared communal spaces. However any party will be restricted to one household in accordance with government rules.
  • From 17th May 2021 groups of 6 people, up to a maximum of 2 households will be able to stay together
  • June 21st 2021 is the advised date for a full and normal re-opening

COVID Government Guidelines

We have increased our minimum night stay from 2 nights to 3 nights due to the extra cleaning and precuations being made in light of the COVID pandamenic.

It is essential that all guests adhere to government COVID guidelines. At York Luxury Holidays we are following these closely. Currently the advice is that any guests staying in a self-catering property must be from maximum two households and no more than six guests. Please ensure that before booking a property you are adhering to these guidelines. If you have any doubt, please contact us.

Unfortunately, due to the Coronavirus, we have had to close all our properties for March - 3 July 2020 (inclusive). All bookings for within these dates can be rescheduled, free of charge, to another date within a 18 month period.

Full York Calendar 2020

York is opening up for business. Shops, restaurants etc are looking to open up from early June / Mid June. 

 

We are all keeping our fingers crossed, but we are closely following goverment advice.
