Prices (all in £ sterling)  

We are open all year with arrival and departure dates to suit you. Stay 2 nights or more.  

A 40% deposit by card is required to confirm a booking with the balance due one month before arrival.  If making a booking within a month of arrival date the full payment will be required. 

In order to treat all our guests equally we do not deviate from our price list.  We do not increase our prices for Xmas, school holidays or race weeks and to remain fair to all guests we never reduce from those quoted above.  

Please note we do not accept bookings from single sex non family groups of more than two adults.  We do not accept arrivals or departures on Xmas Eve, Xmas day or Boxing Day.
