A fabulous three bedroom house sleeping up to 4 adults, 2 children and an infant. With large south facing garden, a superb open-plan dining-kitchen with wood burner, garden sitting-room with tri-fold doors into the garden, separate TV lounge and parking for three vehicles. A 40% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance payable one month before arrival. If arriving within a month of making a booking the full amount will be required. We accept all cards, except Amex, and we have no hidden costs.  (Please note that the actual booking amount may be a few pence either side of that quoted in the table above becasue of the discount alogrithm applied.)

Guests can arrive any available day and bookings can be made securley on-line for stays of two nights or more at any of our listed properties.  (However, restrictions apply over Christmas and New year in all properties and may apply at Between the Bridges during York Race weeks.)

The Lendal Tower can be booked securely on-line for three night weekend stays Friday-Monday, four night midweek stays Monday-Friday and weekly stays arriving Friday or Monday, all year round.  (For an alternative arrival or departure day, or length of stay, please email to enquire.)  

(NB:  Please note we do not accept arrivals or departures on Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day in any property.)

Between the Bridges - Maximum 3 adults in two bedrooms (one king and one double bed).  Family bathroom with bath and shower over and an ensuite shower room.  (4 adults may be accepted by request but not during race dates.)  Secure parking on site.  This property is for adult guests only aged 21 years or more.

The King's Apartment - Maximum 4 guests in two king bedrooms plus one child in cot.  A family bathroom with bath and shower over, and a seperate en-suite shower room to the master bedroom.  Children any age welcome.  A cot and high chair can be provided.  Parking off site nearby.

St. Mary's Town House - Maximum 6 guests in three king bedrooms plus one child in a cot.  Ensuite bathroom with roll top bath and walk in shower to the master bedroom, plus a family bathroom with roll top bath and walk in shower for the other two bedrooms, and a seperate shower room by the sauna.  Children any age are welcome and a cot can be provided.  Parking on site for two vehicles.

The Lendal Tower - Maximum 6 guests in two king bedrooms, one being a four poster bed, also one double bed.  (Please note that the double bedroom is a mezzanine over the living-room). Plus one child in a cot.  Children any age are welcome and a cot can be provided.  Garaged parking for two vehicles opposite the building.

The Wing - Maximum 8 guests in four bedrooms plus one child in a cot.  One Super-king bed, one king bed, one double bed and two single beds.  An en-suite shower room to the main bedroom and a seperate family bathroom with bath and separate shower.  Children any age are welcome and a cot and high chair can be provided.  On site parking for two/three vehicles.
